KSI and Logan Paul will finally fight tonight as their eagerly-anticipated rematch takes place in Los Angeles – and both men are poised to make a pretty penny.
The two YouTubers are technically fighting for the ‘YouTube Championship Belt’ – a fetching red and gold strap initially handed to KSI by London heavyweight Dereck Chisora.
But there’s also a lot of money at stake, too.
Both men will earn a guaranteed $900k, per the Californian State Athletic Commission.
That’s only slightly less than Devin Haney, the WBC lightweight champion of the world, who fights Alfredo Santiago Alvarez on the undercard.
But it’s more than the British WBO super-middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders will earn for his fight with the undefeated Marcelo Esteban Coceres. Saunders – an unbeaten world champion who has defeated the likes of Chris Eubank Jr, Andy Lee and David Lemieux – will make just $750k.
The first fight between KSI and Paul generated a cool $11m – although that doesn’t mean the two men divided the profits 50/50.
This fight is expected to make even more money, with both KSI and Logan Paul able to boost their profits through various sponsorship deals.
Round eight: Saunders 78-74 Coceres
Coceres delivers some really good right hands and appears to have cut Saunders under his left eye. He's now beginning to win some rounds and Saunders will need to do more to convince the judges.
Round ninth: Saunders 88-83 Coceres
Not a great round from either men, not many clear punches landed but Coceres is making a good show of himself. Who'd have thought he'd make it this far tonight?
Round 10: Saunders 97-93 Coceres
The crowd, which is obviously pro-YouTube, is booing and not enjoying this fight. Saunders is finding the odd shot but he's doing nothing impressive here.
Chris Stokel-Walker:
It's hard to underestimate just how hated the Paul family is. Pam Stepnick, Logan and Jake Paul's mother, just arrived at the Staples Centre and was roundly booed by the crowd.
SAUNDERS WINS!
Billy Joe Saunders knocks Coceres down three times and the referee waves it off.
After a seriously flat performance, Saunders digs deep and has a very big 11th round to knock the Argentinian down three times. It was a valiant effort but his class showed through in the end.
A good finish to a bad fight.
Saunders gets a positive response from the crowd, who you must remember are YouTube heavy.
Has he earned some new fans from his big knockout victory?

We've got a mass exodus to the concession stands as people try to sneak in some food or drink before the next match, our co-feature bout. Meanwhile, just over my right shoulder hovers Niko Omilana, a YouTuber who is known for his pranks (he managed to get Shannon Briggs, Logan Paul's manager, to embarrass himself on camera earlier this week). He's not planning anything tonight, he promises me. But the night is young.
Billy Joe Saunders:
"That performance was not worthy of the Canelo's, Golovkin's, Jacobs. I hope you enjoyed the knockout, I had to get him out of their after the ninth round. I had a bit of a chest problem all week but I'm not one for excuses.
"I have to thank the American fans and say keep following me, because that's not the best of me."
