A flat only just larger than a full sized snooker table is now available for rent in a prime London location for £400 a week.
The tiny dwelling is on the 10th floor of a ported art deco building in London's Knightsbridge.
At about 90 sqft the exclusive flat is little larger than a full sized snooker table. It was described as such by the BBC when it went on sale in 2012, and by the Daily Mail.
But while it might seem like a bit of a squeeze, the space has been transformed by Portuguese architect and 'space-saving guru' Caiano Morgado.
It took two years to convert, but is now “literally defying the space limitations”, Hunters, the estate agent responsible for marketing, said.
It contains a kitchen, a shower room (described as luxurious), and a living room that converts into a bedroom.
It also has a 'penthouse' view, overlooking the Harrods department store.
