For the second year in succession Dick Place in the Grange area of Edinburgh is Scotland's most expensive residential street with an average house price of £1,686,000.
According to the research from according to latest research from Bank of Scotland, half of the 20 most expensive streets are inEdinburgh.
Other most expensive streets in Edinburgh include Ann Street with an average property price of £1,208,000, Hillpark Grove(£967,000), Barnton Avenue West (£937,000) and Redhall House Avenue (£934,000).
Five of Scotland's top 20 addresses are in the EH3 and EH4 postal districts, including the New Town area and the West End which contains the financial district.
After Dick Place, the most expensive street in Scotland is Rubislaw Den South in Aberdeen with an average price of £1,455,000. Also in Aberdeen is the fifth most expensive address in Scotland, Earlspark Avenue (£944,000).
Glasgow's most expensive streets are Park Drive in Thorntonhall (£923,000) and Burnside Road (£903,000).
Outside Scotland's three major cities the most expensive homes are on Mar Hall Avenue in Bishopton in Renfrewshire (£929,000) and Belleisle Drive in Ayr (£823,000).
