A letter bomb exploded in a Vienna lawyer's office, seriously wounding a secretary in the face and hand. She was taken to hospital and underwent surgery. It was the 10th such device in a wave of postal terror possibly linked to growing anti-foreigner sentiment, AP reports from Vienna.
