An Iranian and two Lebanese were charged with the murder of four Kurds shot in a Berlin restaurant last year, Reuter reports from Karlsruhe. The Prosecutor's office said the Iranian secret service had ordered the gangland-style shooting in a Greek restaurant, in which three leaders of the Iranian Democratic Party of Kurdistan and their translator were killed. One defendant, Kazem Darabi, was an Iranian secret service agent and a member of an Islamic fundamentalist group, Pasdaran.
