Dan Morales, the Texas Attorney General, said he will seek to execute an inmate on death row who has won a last-ditch chance to present new evidence that he says will prove his innocence, Reuter reports from Austin, Texas. Mr Morales said he will seek to lift a court stay so the execution by lethal injection of Gary Graham can take place as scheduled tomorrow.
