Your support makes all the difference.African leaders launched talks yesterday with Sudan's government and rebels to try to end nearly 11 years of civil war, Reuter reports from Nairobi. Announcing the start of the talks, the Kenyan President, Daniel arap Moi, urged both parties not to let negotiations fail - as happened five times before.
