Aleader of breakaway Somaliland, in north-western Somalia, has renounced secession and says the region should be reunited with the rest of the country, Reuter reports from Addis Ababa. Abdurahman Ahmed Ali said on Friday there had been 'a change of heart among the people of Somaliland on the issue of secession'.
