Second Zambian minister quits

Zambia's Social Affairs Minister, Nakatindi Wina, and her husband Sikota, who was deputy speaker of parliament, resigned following allegations of their involvement in drug- trafficking, AFP reports from Lusaka. Last week the Foreign Minister, Vernon Mwaanga, quit after similar allegations.
