This is the dramatic moment a policeman saved a child who fell from a third-floor balcony in Asyut, Egypt.

The five-year old was unharmed in the incident but the officer was treated for injuries caused by the fall.

Egypt's Minister of Internal Affairs released the footage in praise of him.
