MADRID - Spain's High Court has accused the Syrian arms dealer Monzer al Kassar of piracy in connection with the 1985 hijacking of the Italian liner Achille Lauro, during which an elderly American was killed. The deputy prosecutor demanded 29 years' jail for the Syrian, who was arrested in Spain in 1992. Reuter
