San Cristobal de las Casas - Oliver Stone, whose film Nixon is nominated for four Oscars, will miss tonight's ceremony in order to meet leaders of the Zapatista National Liberation Army, a Mexican opposition leader said. Stone has looked at several scripts on the rebellion, showing special interest in Subcomandante Marcos, according to a journalist, Catherine Ryan, who said Stone contacted her about her articles on the uprising.
