Isis has released a video in which it appears to threaten David Cameron and the Speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow.

The 17-minute recording purportedly shows several of the terrorists who attacked Paris in November, killing 130 people, including the so-called mastermind, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, who was killed in the city by French police a few days later.

It also features beheadings and executions of people described as “apostates”.

“We won’t stop killing you all over the world, whether you are on a trip travelling as tourists or business trips,” Abaaoud says.

In one section, Mr Bercow’s face is shown on the screen with the crosshair of a gunsight superimposed on top.

After images of London, including St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge, footage of the Prime Minister expressing solidarity with France in the aftermath of the Paris attacks is played as text on the screen says: “Whoever stands in the ranks of kafir (infidels) will be a target for our swords.”

Other Paris attackers said to appear in the video are suicide bombers Bilal Hadfi, who attacked the Stade de France, and Samy Amimour, who blew himself up in the Bataclan music hall.

It was unclear when the video was made. The video shows news footage about the Paris attacks, including people fleeing the area.

Men believed to be Hadfi, Amimour and Abaaoud are later seen carrying out beheadings and shooting at targets. One of the victims was identified as a resident of the Isis-held city of Raqqa by the activist group, Raqqa is Being Silently Slaughtered.

The propaganda appears designed to suggest the Paris attackers were trained by Isis, rather than simply inspired by them.

A UK Government spokesman said: “We are currently examining this latest Daesh [Isis] propaganda video - another desperate move from an appalling terrorist group that is clearly in decline.”
