Senior UN officials opened a new round of talks in Tehran today in hopes of restarting an investigation into allegations that Iran carried out atomic bomb trigger tests and other weapons-related studies.
The UN meetings are considered an important test of Iran’s willingness to address Western concerns before the possible resumption of a wider dialogue with the US and other world powers.
