An Iranian drone launched from Syria was shot down by the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) after it crossed over its northern border with Syria.

The force captured the strike on camera.

Israel subsequently launched 12 air strikes on Syrian soil, some of which targetted Iranian forces.

During the attack two pilots were forced to eject from an F-16 fighter jet, which crashed in northern Israel, one was left with serious injuries.
