Sofia - Police have arrested three more suspects in the smuggling of 18 Sri Lankan refugees who were found dead in a Bulgarian truck, officials said. Five people now were under arrest, including the truck owner and a businessman who allegedly hired the truck. Hungarian police last Saturday found the Sri Lankans sealed in the truck, which bore Bulgarian license plates. It had been abandoned at a parking lot in western Hungary. A
