Vladimir Zhirinovsky arrived in France yesterday, immediately launching into a tirade against the French government and Western Europe, Reuter reports from Paris. 'It's all over for you once you're Americanised and Zionised,' said Mr Zhirinovsky who has a limited visa to attend the Council of Europe's parliamentary assembly in Strasbourg.
