Your support makes all the difference.Several hostages have been freed and an armed man has been killed after a siege at a kosher supermarket ended in eastern Paris today.
Police confirmed earlier that hostage-taker Amedy Coulibaly, 32, is now dead after holding several hostages for over four hours at the Jewish-run Hyper Cacher supermarket in the Paris suburb of Porte de Vincennes.
Unconfirmed reports from a number of news agencies have said that four hostages were killed during the siege.
Live images from the area showed emergency services flooding the building following the police operation.
The news followed reports of six explosions as police entered the building.

During the siege, police announced that they were pursuing 32-year-old Amedy Coulibaly in connection with the Paris siege, as well as his 26-year-old girlfriend Hayat Boumedienne, 26.
The news of the death of Coulibaly came within moments of police reporting that Said Kouachi and Cherif Kouachi the chief suspects in the Charlie Hebdo killings had also been killed.
