Your support makes all the difference.The Czech government said it had uncovered a plot to assassinate President Vaclav Havel, the 56-year-old former dissident who led the 'velvet revolution' against Communism, Reuter reports from Prague.
The Interior Minister, Jan Ruml, said five foreigners had been arrested and a sixth suspect was at large after an anonymous letter tipping off police about the conspiracy. The television linked the alleged plot to Mr Havel's call last month for more resolute action to end the fighting in former Yugoslavia.
