Murmansk (Reuter) - Russian coastguards allowed Western diplomats aboard a Greenpeace ship yesterday after cutting short its mission to monitor radiation in the Arctic. The coastguards had seized the Dutch-registered Solo last Monday, before towing it to a military base near the Arctic port of Murmansk.
