Pretoria - Black children got ready to bring the "new'' South Africa to a whites-only school after a judge ruled that attempts to keep the school racially exclusive were doomed. Jake Mokobi, a spokesman for the regional government, said about 18 children had been registered for admission. Registration began hours after a Supreme Court judge upheld his earlier ruling that Potgietersrus Primary School, 150 miles north of Johannesburg, had no right to bar black pupils . Reuter
