Recorded during a traffic stop in the Sichuan province, officers count the number of workers as they exit the crowded vehicle.
Local news reported that the minibus was being used to transport workers from a construction site.
This is just one of several bizarre driving videos to emerge from China this month.
Last week, CCTV video showed a man in China setting fire to car blocking his drive.
The driver arrives at his intended parking spot to find a car blocking his way. He returns five minutes later with a lighter and sets fire to the car exhaust.
Residents noticed and tried to extinguish the flames; but the footage shows the car burned out in the morning.
