Three-year-old Jack made no attempt to hide the evidence after his father asked him, “Did you eat a cupcake?”
The video uploaded by his father, David Koenig, shows the toddler covered in blue icing, repeatedly deny eating the delicious treat.
Jack sheepishly keeps to his story after being questioned by his father seven times in 22 seconds.
Mr Koenig explains on his YouTube channel that “they were giving out free blue cupcakes in honor of the New York Giants”
“Still not sure if my little boy managed to get himself one.”
The amusing video has received nearly 500,000 views on YouTube in just three days.
