Police in New York are trying to trace a woman suspected of stealing a $20,000 Rolex watch from a man she went home with from a club.

The woman met the alleged victim on June 1 at high-end 1Oak in Manhattan, which is frequented by celebrities and models.

The pair returned to the man’s Battery Park apartment after spending some time at the nightclub, where the man went to bed sometime around 5am.

When he woke up around 10am, he found that both the woman and his Rolex watch were missing.

Police released building security footage which shows the alleged thief in a black lace dress and strappy black shoes having a conversation on her phone.

She also held a small black purse and what appears to be an IPhone.

The Daily Mail reports that this is not an isolated incident, but that two other people had been robbed by beautiful women they had met at 1Oak.

In 2017, a woman stole over $42,000 worth of items and $2,500 in cash from a Saudi diplomat that she met at 1Oak. A mere two months ago, another man reported the theft of $70,000 in jewellery from a woman he met at the same club.
