On 4 March, when the most committed QAnon adherents say Donald Trump will return to the White House, the Trump hotel in downtown DC almost doubled room prices, analysis suggests.
The conspiracy alleges that Mr Trump will return as the 19th president under a "restored republic" because all US presidents since 1871 have not been real presidents, as claimed by the Extremist Sovereign Citizens movement, and recently by some QAnon believers.
They also allege the return will take place on 4 March, which until 1933 was the day presidential inaugurations took place.

1100 Pennsylvania, which closely monitors the one-time president’s businesses, says rooms at the Washington DC hotel typically cost around $476 (£347) to $596 (£439) per night at this time of year.
But on 3 and 4 March, the date at the centre of the latest QAnon conspiracy theory, rooms at the Trump hotel are as high as $1,331 (£969) to $2,266 (£1,650) per night – almost double the usual rate.
And when you book a room on the same day a week later, the rooms return to $476 per night, as does the same Wednesday the week before 4 March, which has rooms available at $476.
The correspondence between the room rates at the Trump International Hotel in DC with 4 March, would mark the second time prices have surged around days Mr Trump’s supporters have been around, wanting to subvert the result of the presidential election.
On 6 January, when Mr Trump’s supporters, including some QAnon believers, assaulted the US Capitol to contest the election results being confirmed by Congress, room rates were $8,000 and upwards, 1100 Pennsylvania reported.
The doubled room rates at the Trump hotel raises questions around the Trump Organisation's businesses practices, which appear to be making a potential profit from conspiracies about a false election spread by Mr Trump in the past.
It also comes after another Washington DC hotel, the Harrington, was criticised for taking bookings from the extremist Proud Boys group, who also support Mr Trump, and planned to take part in the 6 January rally with the Harrington as a base. The hotel eventually cancelled the reservations.
