Republican debate cancelled after Donald Trump threatens not to show up due to feud with Megyn Kelly

Your support makes all the difference.The upcoming Republican debate in Salt Lake City, Utah, has been cancelled, according to a Fox News affiliate.
Donald Trump, the frontrunner Republican, has said he planned to skip the debate and added: “We’ve had enough debates”.
The debate was to be sponsored by Fox News and hosted by Megyn Kelly, with whom he has had an ongoing feud.
Fox News producer Kelton Wells tweeted that the debate had been cancelled.
Mr Trump has instead booked a speech at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
“It would be nice to finish off with this one,” he said of the debate held last Thursday, as reported by The Daily Mail. “It was just a really nice way to finish off the debate season.”
Mr Trump took to Twitter on Tuesday as he watched the voting results pour in across five states - he won the Republican race in Florida, Illinois, Missouri and North Carolina, only losing out to John Kasich in Ohio.
He said Megyn Kelly was “crazy” and “unwatchable”. He also re-tweeted other people who said they "can't stand" the news host.
Mr Trump has already boycotted one Fox News Republican debate in February after he said he did not want to attend a debate that was hosted by Ms Kelly.
He has been unhappy with Ms Kelly's probing questions about when he became a Republican and his offensive comments towards women.
Mr Trump appeared to have calmed down towards the news anchor at the last Thursday debate, saying to her “You look well” on live television as she addressed him for the first time.
The latest cancellation, however, appears to affirm that Mr Trump's feud with Ms Kelly and her employer is far from over.
