A Democratic congressman has vowed to knowingly break rules of the US senate and release a classified email written by Donald Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court and titled “racial profiling”.

“I am right now, before your process is finished, I am going to release the email about racial profiling, and I understand the penalty comes with potential ousting from the Senate,” said Cory Booker, said as senators quizzed judge Brett Kavanaugh for a second day.
