San Francisco shooting: Four students shot in San Francisco high school parking lot
One female victim is fighting for her life in the hospital

Four students, three males and one female, were injured in a shootout near the City Arts and Technology High School and the June Jordan School for Equity, authorities with the San Francisco Police Department announced on Tuesday.
The 15-year-old female victim was shot in her upper extremities and is listed in critical condition. She’s currently fighting for her life at the San Francisco General Hospital. Both male students are recovering from non-life threatening injuries after they were shot in the lower extremities.
Witnesses reported the gunfire just at 3:20pm just as the schools were being dismissed. Police are currently searching for four male suspects in connection with the shooting.
Fernando Rodriguez, a 16-year-old junior at June Jordan, told The San Francisco Gate that the entire incident was “terrifying."
June Jordan was placed on lockdown for over an hour as police secured the area and searched for evidence. Authorities told the news outlet that they believe at least one of the victims was being targeted by the assailants.
SFPD also announced that the school will open as planned on Wednesday and students will be offered counseling sessions.
