A man has been charged with sexually abusing a two-year-old in a restaurant toilet.

David Gray attacked the toddler in a Chik-fil-A fast food restaurant in Florida and reportedly threatened an eyewitness.

A reflection of the 35-year-old inappropriately touching the girl was reportedly seen in a bathroom stall and both Gray and the girl were apparently naked from the waist down.

The customer wasn't completely sure what was going on so he told police he flushed the toilet to let Gray, who was in a wheelchair, know he was also in the bathroom.

Gray apparently panicked upon hearing the toilet, pulled out a stun gun and threatened to kill the witness.

“[The witness] was not sure if the baby was bouncing or if they were having sex,” a police report, seen by AJC, said.

“[The witness] stated he flushed the toilet on purpose to let the man hear him in the bathroom. If he panics, then he must be doing something wrong.”

Another witness said Gray would visit the restaurant at least twice a week with a woman and children.

“She saw him take the baby into the bathroom, and on several occasions, he took other small babies into the bathroom with him,” the witness said.

Gray was arrested and charged with child abuse, exposure of sexual organs, sexual battery on a child under the age of 12, lewd or lascivious molestation and various other charges.

He was walked out of the police station after his arrest with two officers holding him under the arms to provide assistance.

He is being held at Orange County Jail and was denied bail.
