The aircraft hit a bakery in the residential area of Guaymaral, killing the four people aboard the plane, one person inside the bakery and injuring seven others inside the store.
The video shows locals gathering around the ensuing flames after the shop was set alight.
Officials are still unsure of the reasons for the accident, with the plane being hired to transport former politicians
The former president Andres Pastrana was amongst the party due to attend a campaign rally.
The plane's journey had ultimately been a short one, having only taken off minutes earlier from Bogota's El Dorado airport.
A resident said the plane hit buildings' roofs before entangling itself in power lines and then crashing into the bakery.
