Amber Alert issued for 13-year-old girl in ‘grave or immediate danger’ in North Texas

Law enforcement have issued an Amber Alert for 13-year-old Kionna Braxton of Honey Grove, Texas.

Honey Grove police have said they believe that Kionna is in “grave or immediate danger” but did not provide any additional details about the circumstances around her alleged abduction.

The teen was last seen at around 1.40pm on Tuesday, 14 June, on Elm Street near Highway 28 in Honey Grove, a small town of with roughly 1,600 residents located about 90 miles northwest of Dallas near the Oklahoma border.

Kionna, who police described as 4’11, weighing around 200 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.

Police say she was last seen wearing an orange and white cheerleading outfit, Crocs, and blonde and brown braids.

Anyone with information about Kionna’s whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or the Honey Grove Police Department at 903-378-2222.
