A growing number of workers are worried about losing their jobs, despite an upturn in the economy, according to a survey yesterday. One in three said he or she feared the job was less secure than at the beginning of the year.
Workers in the health and financial services were most concerned about being made redundant, the poll of 400 workers by the union Manufacturing Science Finance discovered.
