Kamsky's earlier protest - that Short might receive help from Adams and Anand - had been ignored and his demand that the matches be held in different buildings, or at least separated by a screen, had been rejected. Kamsky is reported to have promised to study videos of the play.
But if he suspects that Short was receiving any illicit help in the first game, he must be wondering how he can encourage it. Here are the full moves:

Yesterday, Short lost again to Kamsky and Adams was beaten by Viswanathan Anand to leave both 0-2 behind.
