Your support makes all the difference.PARKING LEAGUE: The Turkish embassy tops the latest annual table of London embassies with unpaid parking fines, Mark Lennox- Boyd, a Foreign Office minister, said. The Turks had 245 unpaid fines in 1992, followed by the Russians - who led the table last year - on 226 and the French on 182. Other leading defaulters were Nigeria, China and Greece.
WINDSOR CASTLE: The public appeal for funds to help to pay for the restoration of Windsor Castle raised pounds 25,000, Peter Brooke, the Secretary of State for National Heritage, said.
