Your support makes all the difference.REFUGEES: Britain is to give an extra pounds 500,000 to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees' general and special programmes budget, the overseas development minister, Baroness Chalker, said. This brings the contribution to UNHCR core funds to pounds 6m in 1994.
INSULATION GRANTS: All householders over the age of 60 will be eligible for grants to help insulate their homes and cut down on fuel bills, Robert Atkins, the environment minister, said.
