Your support makes all the difference.Pay deals have started to edge up in the past three months, with many keeping ahead of inflation, according to a report by pay analysts Incomes Data Services. More than 50 early summer settlements gave rises of 3 per cent or more compared with the current inflation rate of 2.6 per cent.
