Marie Black, 33, from Atkinson Close, Norwich, was charged with 24 offences on Friday night and appeared in court in connection with abuse offences against children on Saturday.
The charges relate to five victims under the age of 13 between 2004 and 2010.
Black has been charged with five counts of child cruelty, four counts of rape, seven counts of causing children under 13 to engage in sexual activity, two counts of sexual assault by penetration, three counts of sexual assault without penetration, two counts of sexual activity in the presence of a child, one count of inciting a child to pornography.
Black has been released on conditional bail and will appear before Norwich Crown Court on 27 June, Norfolk Police said.
She is the ninth person to be charged in connection with the case in February this year.
The eight men and women, who are on conditional bail, are: Michael Rodgers, 53, of Defore Way, Romford; Jason Adams, 43, of Catton Court, St Faith's Road, Norwich; Carol Stadler, 59, of Atkinson Road, Norwich; Andrew Collins, 52, of Lucas Court, Norwich; Judith Fuller, 31, of Gertrude Road, Norwich; and Denise Barnes, 43, of Wycliffe Road, Norwich.
They will appear at Norwich Crown Court on a future date.
