The footage, believed to have been recorded on the M6 near the M5 slip road at junction 8 on Sunday, shows the unidentified driver of the caravan attempt to pull over in front of the lorry.
The two vehicles catastrophically collide with the caravan jack-knifing, blocking the exit, and trucker Mark Hazell leaving his vehicle to level a stream of abuse at the confused driver.

Mr Hazell, whose dash-cam captured the entire debacle, can be heard littering his speech with expletives as he roundly dresses down the man.
Posted on Mr Hazell’s Facebook account, the video capturing the scene was viewed 2 million times in less than 48 hours before it was removed, the Mail Online claims.
“F****** w*****. What the f*** are you doing coming over on me?” Mr Hazell can be heard yelling at the driver.
“What are you doing, you f******* idiot, you come over on me? You had no.....cos you indicate, you had no f****** gap? Where were you? Were you in front of me? You d*******.”
Mr Hazell reportedly posted on his Facebook that he intended to hand two more videos of the crash over the police.
West Midlands Police told The Independent they had not received a complaint or any videos from the van driver.
