A woman was reportedly called a "b***h" in an email from her letting agent after she complained about an issue at her flat.

Sarah Darlington, from Manchester, messaged S&S Estates last week asking them to fix her alarm, the Manchester Evening News reported.

However she was apparently copied in by accident to an email which read: "I’m not dealing with this b***h."

The 29-year-old property paralegal posted the email on her Facebook page after the company reportedly failed to issue an apology.

"I didn't realise it made you a b***h for wanting broken things to be fixed," she wrote.

She told the MEN: "After getting the message I found the company’s directors and emailed them as well as the manager – but all I got was a reply on Friday afternoon saying the complaint had been passed on.

"There was no apology, it’s disgusting."
