Your support makes all the difference.A pregnant woman has been rescued after she reversed her car off a harbour wall.
The incident, which occurred in Ramsgate, Kent, lead to the car being wedged between a pontoon and the jetty, with the driver trapped inside.
Pictures, which were shared widely across social media platforms, show the car almost upright with the woman sitting inside.
Emergency crews were called and fire services used a winch to keep the car stable. Officers then climbed down to help bring the driver to safety.
Police, paramedics and the life boat were all also present at the scene.
The rescue operation was successful and the woman did not suffer any injuries, according to Kent Online.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service said they would use a crane to the lift the vehicle back on to the jetty in due course, the BBC reported.
