Abir Salah, 16, and her sister, Ahlam Salah, 15, went missing with Fardowsa Hassan, 13, from Wood Green.
Fardowsa Hassan and Abir Salah were reported missing on 6 December. Ahlam Salah was reported missing on 12 December.
Police thought the trio had been sleeping on buses or elsewhere on the transport network.
Scotland Yard said none of the girls are believed to have left the London area.
The girls have been reported missing before.
They went missing for a week on 19 November and were found safe and well in the Wood Green area.
