Paramedics were called to a tent on Saturday when he was found unconscious at the Warwickshire event, held at Long Marston airfield near Stratford-upon-Avon.
However, he could not be resuscitated and was declared dead at the scene at 4.40pm.
A post-mortem is set to take place on the body of the unnamed man, whose death was said to be unexplained by police.
The annual two-day festival hosted acts including Tinie Tempah and Friendly Fires.
