TWO teenage boys were being questioned yesterday by police investigating the murders of a convicted sex offender and his dwarf son. The badly burned bodies of Charlie Collins, 71, and his son Stephen, 37, were discovered at their house in Kingsbridge, Devon, on Friday. Both died from head injuries.
