Police have charged 13 people, including two surveyors and a solicitor, with a total of 98 offences in connection with an alleged multi-million pound mortgage fraud, Scotland Yard said last night.
They will appear before Bow Street magistrates on 5 July. The allegations relate to the Harrovian Group, a property development company based in Harrow, Middlesex, which collapsed in 1991.
