`Flogging' death
A 15-year-old will appear before a youth court at Bedlington, Northumberland, today charged with the murder of Jacqui Moore, 37, who was flogged and battered to death. Stephen Cowell, 25, has been remanded in custody charged with murder of the woman found dead in her flat in Hadston, near Amble, three weeks ago.
