Two arrests in Carole Waugh case

Police investigating the death of oil executive Carole Waugh made two arrests yesterday.

Miss Waugh's body was found with a single stab wound inside a car at a garage in south-west London, on 2 August. A 55-year-old man, who was later bailed, and a 39-year-old man were arrested in London in connection with conspiracy to commit fraud.
