Teenager charged over fire deaths

A teenager has been charged with the murder of four siblings who died in January from smoke inhalation following a fire at a converted bungalow in Freckleton, Lancashire.

Dyson Allen, 19, is due to go before magistrates in Blackpool tomorrow accused of murdering Reece Smith, 19, four-year-old twins Holly and Ella, and Jordan, two. The fire is thought to have started in a wardrobe after their mother's birthday party. She survived.
