Videos from the scene showed crowds of shoppers fleeing the area
A second teenager has been arrested over a Boxing Day fight allegedly involving a 2ft-long machete.
The 16-year-old boy was arrested at his home in Lewisham, London, and arrested on Sunday on suspicion of affray.
Videos from the scene showed crowds of shoppers fleeing the area. Armed police were later called.
Police said the first boy to be charged over the incident, also 16, remained in custody on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon.
London Ambulance Service said one woman was treated at the scene, but she was not sent to hospital.
Two knives, including a rusty machete, were recovered from the scene.
A Police spokesman added: "Detectives are seeking to trace a number of youths who ran off from the scene shortly after the incident."
Those with information are urged to contact Police on 101.
