Police clamped guarding Queen
Sunday 30 October 2011 19:51 EDT
A private clamper immobilised two unmarked police cars securing an area for a visit by the Queen, and refused to remove the clamps despite being shown a warrant card, Portsmouth magistrates heard yesterday.
Gareth Andrews, 39, of Fareham, denied wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty. The trial continues.
