Man charged over taxi driver murder
A man has been charged in connection with the murder of a taxi driver shot and dumped in his own car, police said today.
Officers arrested Andrew Brough, 56, from Heanor, Derbyshire, on Friday and charged him over the weekend with assisting an offender and possessing illegal ammunition.
Father-of-three Stuart Ludlam, 43, was found dumped in his silver Ford Focus estate near Cromford railway station, in Derbyshire, on 17 September.
Colin Cheetham, 61, of no fixed abode, was charged on September 30 with Mr Ludlam's murder, Derbyshire Police said.
Brough appeared before magistrates last month charged with firearms offences in connection with the case.
